KPodcast Editing & Show Management

Record the conversation. We handle everything after it.

We clean the audio, edit the conversation, cut the video version, write show notes and publish every episode on schedule, so you can focus on guests and ideas while the show sounds and looks consistently professional.

The opportunity

Listeners judge a show in its first few minutes.

Podcasts earn a kind of attention few formats can match: long stretches of listening, in someone’s ears, by choice. But muddy audio, long tangents and irregular releases quietly lose listeners before your ideas land. A professional edit and a reliable publishing rhythm let the conversation do its job.

  1. 01
    Attention by choice

Listeners subscribe and press play because they want to hear from you.

  2. 02
    Audio and video

A filmed episode can live on YouTube and in podcast apps from one recording.

  3. 03
    Consistency builds habit

A dependable release day gives listeners a routine to come back to.

Illustrative scenarios based on the kinds of projects we deliver. Every result depends on the niche, the offer and the work put in.

Leadership coach01

Remote recordings turned into a polished weekly show.

A coach recorded thoughtful remote interviews, but the audio quality varied wildly from guest to guest. Cleanup, tight editing and a consistent intro now give every episode the same professional sound.

Industrial equipment supplier02

A company podcast with a studio look.

A manufacturer wanted a video podcast featuring its engineers but had no in-house editor. A multi-camera template, captions and branded graphics now carry each episode to YouTube and podcast apps.

Two-host culture podcast03

Back on schedule after months of gaps.

Two hosts loved recording but kept missing release days because editing piled up. We took over editing, show notes and publishing so the show runs on a fixed calendar again.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Still deciding? A strategist will answer anything else, honestly and without a sales script.

Ask us anything
What do you need from me to start?

Your raw recordings, any existing intro, music and artwork, and access to your podcast host and YouTube channel. If you are starting from scratch, we recommend recording tools and help you set up hosting.

Can you fix poor-quality audio?

We can improve most recordings a great deal: noise, echo, hum and uneven levels respond well to modern cleanup tools. Heavily distorted or clipped audio has limits, so we tell you honestly what is achievable and share simple recording tips for next time.

How fast is the turnaround?

Most episodes come back within a few working days, agreed per show and format at the start. We plan around your release calendar so there is always a buffer before publish day.

Who owns the episodes and files?

You do. The show stays in your own hosting and YouTube accounts, and every edited episode, transcript and piece of artwork we produce belongs to you.

Can you add music to my show?

Yes, from properly licensed libraries or music composed for you. We never use commercial tracks without a licence, because they can trigger copyright claims on YouTube and takedowns on podcast platforms.
