Validation sprint
Problem interviews, a competitor review, a landing page and a waitlist or pre-sale test before any product code is written.
QMicro-SaaS Business
We test demand before we build, then ship a lean SaaS with the essentials done right: sign-up and login, Stripe billing, a clean dashboard, onboarding and analytics, so you launch something small, solid and yours.
The opportunity
Large platforms build for everyone, which leaves specific jobs in specific industries badly served. A micro-SaaS does one of those jobs well for a defined group of users, with low running costs and a small team. Modern frameworks, payments and managed hosting make it realistic to build one without a full engineering department.
One workflow for one audience beats a long feature list nobody asked for.
Managed hosting, auth and payments keep the operating footprint small.
Subscriptions tie what customers pay to the value they keep getting.
What we build
Concrete deliverables, not vague promises. You own every one of them.
Problem interviews, a competitor review, a landing page and a waitlist or pre-sale test before any product code is written.
The smallest version worth paying for: core workflow, user roles, data model and a clear list of what waits for later.
Email and social sign-in, password reset, team invites and roles, built on a proven auth provider.
Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, invoices and a customer portal, with billing webhooks handled correctly.
The core workflow in a fast, responsive web app with settings, notifications and an onboarding checklist.
Marketing site, docs, product analytics and error monitoring, so you can see how people actually use it.
How it works
Choose a stage to see what happens there. The live engine alongside is the kind of system you end up with.
Demand before code
Interviews, a landing page and a waitlist or pre-sale show whether the problem matters enough for people to pay.
The smallest useful version
We cut the idea down to one core workflow, define the data model and agree what version one will not do.
Auth, billing & dashboard
Short sprints deliver the app on a proven stack, with a staging environment you can click through every week.
Private beta, then public
A private beta irons out onboarding and bugs before a public launch on the channels your users already use.
Usage, feedback & roadmap
Product analytics, support conversations and cancellation reasons shape what gets built next.
Solutions
A short sprint to test the problem, the buyer and the price before committing to a build.
Version one of your SaaS, scoped tightly and shipped on a proven, maintainable stack.
Beta, launch and a steady cycle of improvements driven by how customers really use the product.

Examples & use cases
Illustrative scenarios based on the kinds of projects we deliver. Every result depends on the niche, the offer and the work put in.
A photographer kept stitching together file shares and spreadsheets to deliver galleries and collect client selections. We validated the idea with other studios first, then built a focused gallery and proofing app with Stripe billing.
A coordinator was tracking carrier quotes across spreadsheets and email threads. We built a quote-comparison dashboard with team accounts and roles, and launched it to a small beta of peers before opening sign-ups.
An agency produced the same monthly report for every client by hand. We turned the process into a reporting product, kept existing clients on a managed plan and opened a self-serve tier alongside it.
FAQ
Still deciding? A strategist will answer anything else, honestly and without a sales script.
Ask us anythingThen you have saved the cost of a build. We report what we found honestly, and the interviews often point to a sharper version of the problem worth testing next. We would rather say no early than build something nobody needs.
You do. The repository, hosting, domain, Stripe account and database are set up in your name, and we hand over documentation so any competent developer can pick up the code.
A validation sprint usually takes a few weeks, and a focused version one typically takes a few months, depending on scope and integrations. We agree the scope up front and show progress on staging every week.
Validation is a fixed-fee sprint. The build is quoted against the agreed scope, and ongoing support or growth work runs as a monthly retainer. Hosting, third-party tools and payment fees are billed to your own accounts, so you always see what the product costs to run.
No one honestly can. We reduce risk with validation, build a reliable product and give you clear analytics, but adoption depends on the market, the pricing and how consistently the product is sold and supported.
